DECLARING THE FOUNDATION DAYS AND FEAST DAYS OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO
ORIENTAL AND THE MUNICIPALITIES THEREIN AS SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC

| Section
1. The foundation days and feast days of the Province
of Davao Oriental and the municipalities therein are hereby declared as
special nonworking public holidays. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: February 13, 1997 |
