| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8266 - AN ACT TO
GRANT FILIPINO CITIZENSHIP TO REV. FR. PAUL VAN PARIJS, CICM |
| Section
1. Rev. Fr. Paul Van Parijs, a Belgian citizen
and a Roman Catholic Priest of the Congregation of the Immaculate
Heart of Mary (CICM), is hereby granted Filipino citizenship: provided,
that he subscribe to the appropriate oath of allegiance as a Filipino
citizen. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: February 20, 1997 |
