| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8290 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE SAN QUINTIN PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
SAN QUINTIN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE
KNOWN AS THE SAN QUINTIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
THEREFOR |
| Section
1. The San Quintin Public High School is hereby
converted into a national high school, to be known as the San Quintin
National High School. Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: May 23, 1997 |
