| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8357 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARAYAT,
PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ARAYAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL,
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. There shall be established a national high school
in the Municipality of Arayat, Province of Pampanga, to be known as the
Arayat National High School. Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect within fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved: October 9, 1997 |
