| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8361 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF DUMALOGDOG, MUNICIPALITY
OF SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE
DUMALOGDOG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. There shall be established a national high school
in the Barangay of Dumalogdog, Municipality of Sindangan, Province of
Zamboanga del Norte, to be known as Dumalogdog National High School. Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: October 9, 1997 |
