| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8397 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA.
MARIA, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA
AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. There shall be established an agro-industrial high
school in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, to be
known as the Sta. Maria Agro-Industrial High School, which shall be
under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and
Sports. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: November 22, 1997 |
