| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8412 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE MARGOSATUBIG DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN MARGOSATUBIG,
ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A REGIONAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS MARGOSATUBIG
REGIONAL HOSPITAL AND TO INCREASE THE BED CAPACITY TO THREE HUNDRED
(300) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. The Margosatubig District Hospital in
Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur, shall be converted into a regional
hospital to be known as Margosatubig Regional Hospital and to increase
the bed capacity from fifty (50) to three hundred (300) beds. Section 2. The Department of Health shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval. Approved: November 27, 1997 |
