| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8432 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING THE POTOTAN NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE POTOTAN
NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. There is hereby established the Pototan National
Comprehensive High School to be located in the Municipality of Pototan,
Province of Iloilo. Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: December 15, 1997 |
