| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8447 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LOS ARCOS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN
THE MUNICIPAL OF PROSPERIDAD, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. There shall be established in the Municipality of
Prosperidad, Province of Agusan del Sur, Los Arcos National High
School, under the control and supervision of the Department of
Education, Culture and Sports. Section 2. This school shall be known officially as the Los Arcos National High School. Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: January 8, 1998 |
