| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8538 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY
OF PANGANTUCAN, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR |
| Section
1. A public high school in Barangay Poblacion,
Municipality of Pangantucan, Province of Bukidnon, shall be established
under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture
and Sports. Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: February 23, 1998 |
