| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8713 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING THE BUYABOD SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE MUNICIPALITY
OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE |
| Section
1. There shall be established under the supervision
of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) the
Buyabod School of Arts and Trade in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz,
Province of Marinduque. Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: July 16, 1998 |
