– AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 22 OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY
IN THE CITY OF VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR TO COMMEMORATE ITS ANNIVERSARY AS A
CITY

Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday,
the Twenty-Fourth day of July, Two Thousand Six.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. January 22 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Vigan, Ilocos Sur to commemorate its anniversary as a city. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines. Approved: (Sgd.) MANNY VILLAR
