– AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST 20 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DULAG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO BE KNOWN AS “MUNICIPAL FOUNDATION DAY”

Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday,
the Twenty-Fourth day of July, Two Thousand Six.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. To commemorate the creation of the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte, August 20 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the said municipality to be known as “Municipal Foundation Day”. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: (Sgd.) MANNY VILLAR
