REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9429 [H. No. 4572] - AN ACT DECLARING
SEPTEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF
TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, TO COMMEMORATE ITS CHARTER DAY
ANNIVERSARY

Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday,
the Twenty-Fourth day of July, Two Thousand Six.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. September 18 of every year is hereby declared a spcial working holiday in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat to commemorate its charter day anniversary. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: (Sgd.) MANNY VILLAR
