REPUBLIC ACT NO. 963

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 963 - AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO COLONEL PEDRO DIAZ DULAY

Section 1. Colonel Pedro Diaz Dulay is hereby granted Philippine citizenship.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
