| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 973 - AN
ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO MILLION PESOS FOR THE CONTROL AND
ERADICATION OF RATS AND OTHER AGRICULTURAL PESTS AND DISEASES |
| Section 1. The
sum of two million pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is
hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not
otherwise appropriated, to be expended by the Department of Agriculture
and Natural Resources for the purchase of materials and payment of
labor that may be employed in the control and eradication of rats and
other agricultural pests and diseases. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: March 1, 1954 |
