| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 984 - AN ACT TO
ABOLISH THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF
ANTIQUE, REPEALING FOR THE PURPOSE THE TWENTY-SIXTH SUBPARAGRAPH OF THE
FIRST PARAGRAPH OF Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED |
| Section 1. The
twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of section sixteen
hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is
repealed. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 1, 1954 |
