| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 995 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF ANY
FUNDS IN THE NATIONAL TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, ASD TO THE
CITY OF TAGAYTAY TO HELP SAID CITY FINANCE THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ITS
URGENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS |
| Section 1. In
order to help the City of Tagaytay finance the reconstruction and
repair of its urgent public improvements there is hereby appropriated
the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos asd to said city. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 8, 1954 |
