ORGANIZING
THE TECHNICAL WORKING COMMITTEE (TWC) FOR THE HOUSING PROJECT OF THE
SUPREME
COURT.
Article
III, Section 6 of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Housing
and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) and the Supreme
Court
(SC) signed on 9 June 2000 by their respective representatives,
Honorable
Chairperson Leonora Vasquez de Jesus and Chief Hilario G. Davide, Jr.,
provides:
A Technical Working Committee (TWC) shall be organized within the Supreme Court, the composition of which shall be determined by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Section 7 thereof tasks the TWC with the following functions: a.
Prepare a detailed work program for the activities to be undertaken
under
this Agreement;
b. Identify and recommend projects or housing programs which can be funded or facilitated by the appropriate government agencies; c. Prepare the budgetary requirements for the projects identified and recommended for implementation; d. Draw up guidelines as well as the terms and conditions to cover the implementation of identified and funded projects; e. Monitor and oversee the implementation of the activities in accordance with their respective work programs; and f. Prepare regular accomplishment reports for periodic submission to the SC, HUDCC and other concerned agencies. In
order to expedite the implementation of the MOA, the Technical Working
Committee is hereby formally organized with the following as Members
thereof:

Administrative Circular shall take effect upon its issuance, and the
Clerk
of Court, the Honorable Leonora Vasquez de Jesus and all concerned
offices
or parties with copies thereof.
