A M E N D E D D E C I S I O N

In a motion dated August 12, 1977 and fried on August 27, 1977, petitioner prays that the dispositive portion of the decision be amended to include burial fees at P200.00 without further proof as provided for by the Workmen's Compensation Act, as amended by Republic Act No. 4119, and attorney's fees in favor of his counsel.chanroblesvirtualawlibrarychanrobles virtual law library

The said motion being meritorious, the dispositive portion of the decision dated February 11, 1977 is hereby accordingly amended to read as follows:

WHEREFORE, THE DECISION DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1976 OF THE RESPONDENT WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION COMMISSION IS HEREBY REVERSED AND SET ASIDE AND THE RESPONDENT BUREAU OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS HEREBY DIRECTED chanrobles virtual law library

1. TO PAY chanrobles virtual law library

A. CLAIMANT ANTONIO PEPITO AND HIS MINOR DAUGHTER GIRLIE chanrobles virtual law library

(1) DEATH COMPENSATION BENEFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND (P6,000.00) PESOS; chanrobles virtual law library

(2) EXPENSES FOR MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL DEVICES SERVICES DULY SUPPORTED BY RECEIPTS; chanrobles virtual law library

(3) THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED (P200.00) PESOS AS BURIAL EXPENSES; AND chanrobles virtual law library

(4) ATTORNEYS FEES EQUIVALENT TO TEN (10%) PERCENT OF THE AMOUNT RECOVERABLE,. AND

B. THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION COMMISSION THE SUM OF SIXTY-ONE (P61.00) PESOS AS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.

NO COSTS.

SO ORDERED.
