STAFFING PATTERN AS APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL ON ITS EN BANC MEETING OF FEBRUARY 5, 2007.

Quoted hereunder; for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated November 13, 2007
"JBC-021.- Staffing Pattern as Approved by the Council on its En Banc Meeting of February 5, 2007.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Reply dated October 11, 2007 to the JBC's comment of April 17, 2007 filed by Atty. Corazon G. Ferrer-Flores, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief of Office, FMBO; andThe Court further Resolved to APPROVE the re-structured JBC Staffing Pattern, subject to the terms and conditions recommended by the FMBO, Clerk of Court and Office of Administrative Services, to wit:
(a) Letter dated October 26, 2007 of Atty. Ma. Luisa D. Villarama, Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Secretary, Judicial and Bar Council, informing that, for reasons stated therein, there seems to be no more hindrance for the approval of the proposed re-structured JBC Staffing Pattern.
(a) REVISE A.M. No. 03-11-16-SC (2) [A Resolution Strengthening the Role and Capacity of the Judicial and Bar Council and Establishing Offices Therein] to reflect the re-structured JBC Staffing Pattern and to cause its immediate implementation;
(b) Any appointment to the positions under this staffing pattern should be made only after the issuance of the NOSCA and that positions to be filled up under the restructured staffing pattern should be limited to such number as may be funded by the budget provided for the current staffing pattern approved in A.M. No. 03-ll-16-SC(2) and the NOSCA of May 21, 2005 in the GAA for Personal Services. Pending the issuance of the NOSCA for the restructured staffing pattern, any appointment/promotion of incumbent staff may be made under the current staffing pattern per NOSCA of May 21, 2005;
(c) The abolition of Court Attorney V and the creation of the coterminous positions of one (1) Executive Assistant II and one (1) Judicial Staff Employee II each in the Offices of the Ex-Officio Members with a condition that the positions of Court Attorney V [with incumbents] shall only be considered abolished only after they have been vacated; and
(d) The conversion of all the positions in the Office of the Ex-Officio Council Secretary from permanent to coterminous." Sandoval-Gutierrez, on official leave.
