A.M. No. MTJ-03-1490: ALONZO J. TAGABUCBA, Complainant, vs. JUDGE FRISCILLA T. HERNANDEZ, 5th MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT, CLARIN, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, Respondent.
In A.M. No. MTJ-03-1490, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in the attached Report dated 30 October 2008 (Annex "A"). Accordingly, the Court finds respondent Judge Priscilla T. Hernandez, 5th Municipal Circuit Trial Court. Clarin, Misamis Occidental, GUILTY for Gross Ignorance of the Law and Undue Delay in Rendering an Order and imposes upon her a FINE of P20,000, with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar offense shall be dealt with more severely.
