OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR VS. GREGORIO B. FARAON, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, MANILA
"A.M. No. P-05-2024 (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Gregorio B. Faraon, Administrative Officer IV, Regional Trial Court, Office of the Clerk of Court, Manila).- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to
(a) CHARGE to respondent Gregorio B. Faraon's leave credits the period from April 1 to July 22, 2005, when Mr. Faraon did not report for work in view of the resolution dropping him from the rolls, to avoid a gap in his service;
(b) REQUIRE Mr. Faraon to immediately file an application for vacation leave corresponding to the aforesaid period, duly recommended by the Executive/Presiding Judge;
(c) RELEASE to Mr. Faraon his back salaries equivalent to three (3) months which were in excess of the three (3) month suspension already served by him and CREDIT in his favor the corresponding leave credits; and
(d) INCLUDE Mr. Faraon in the regular payroll after the filing of the required application for vacation leave for the period April 1 to July 22, 2005." Peralta, J., on official leave.
