Pasandalan, Respondents). — The Court resolves to require the parties to submit within ten (10) days from notice, pertinent and subsequent developments that may help it in the immediate disposition of the case, or that may render the case moot and academic.
In this regard, petitioners and private respondents are required to inform this Court of subsequent developments relevant to Civil Case Nos. 4680 and 4818 pending before Branch 19 and Branch 18, respectively, of the Regional Trial Court of Digos City. They are further directed to submit to this Court copies of pleadings, decisions, orders, or other rulings relevant to the issues herein.
Public respondent is directed to submit a copy of its Petition for Prohibition filed before the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. No. 01377. Furthermore, public respondent is similarly required to comply with the above-mentioned directives with regard to CA-G.R. No. 01377.
Finally, both public and private respondents are ordered to submit a copy of the alleged Court of Appeals Order or Resolution dated 20 April 2010 denying the Motion for Extension to file a petition for review filed before it.cralaw
