Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 117324 (People of the Philippines vs. Rogelio Guiwan.)

The motions of the Solicitor General for second to fifth extension of time totalling ninety-seven (97) days from 16 December 1998 within which to file appellee's brief are GRANTED with WARNING THAT NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given.

The aforesaid appellee's brief dated 19 March 1999 and the letter of Cesar A. Crisostomo, Chief Parole Officer, Board of Pardons and Parole, DOJ Agencies Bldg. NIA Road cor. East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, requesting information on the status of this case in connection with accused-appellant's request for parole/executive clemency are NOTED. Accused-appellant is INFORMED that he may so desires, file a reply brief within thirty (30) days from notice hereof.
