G.R. No. 129721 (Bernardo Baui, et al. vs. Tropicana Properties and Development Corporation, et al.)

The urgent motion of petitioners for second extension of fifteen (15) days within which to file motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 9 November 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, petitioners' first motion for extension of time to file said motion for reconsideration having been denied in the resolution of 15 February 1999 pursuant to the resolution of the Court En Banc dated 7 April 1998.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case. Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT be made in due course.
