G.R. No. 131144 (Noel Advincula vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The manifestation and motion of the Solicitor General dated 18 January 1999 praying to be excused from filing the required rejoinder on the ground that the arguments in petitioner's reply are mere rehash of the allegations in the petition is DENIED, and the Solicitor General is required to COMPLY with the resolution of 18 November 1998 by filing his REJOINDER to petitioner's reply to his comment on the petition for review on certiorari within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
