The motion of petitioner for reconsideration for the issuance of a writ of amparo dated 10 January 1999 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, the petition for certiorari having been dismissed in the resolution of 11 February 1998, entry of judgment made on 9 October 1998, the records remanded on 23 February 1999, and petitioner's previous petition for a writ of amparo denied in the resolution of 2 December 1998 for lack of merit.
