Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 133668 (Sandalwood Real Estate and Development Corporation vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for second extension of ten (10) days from 8 November 1998 within which to file reply to private respondent's comment on the petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED.

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari as well as the comment thereon of private respondent, reply of petitioner to said comment, and rejoinder thereto of private respondent, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case.
