Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 134543 (Genevieve O. Gaas, et al vs. Rasul Mitmug, Regional Director, Region XII, Commission on Audit.)

The Court DENIED the motion dated 18 March 1999, filed by the Solicitor General for public respondent, for a fourth extension of fifteen (15) days from the expiration of the third extension or until 12 April 1999 within which to file comment on the petition, considering that a total extension of ninety (90) days has already been given by the Court.

The Court Resolved to call the attention of the Solicitor General to the resolution of the Court in A.M. No. 99-2-03-SC re: Extension of time to file comment or appellee's brief by the Office of the Solicitor General."
