The Court NOTES WITHOUT ACTION petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 27 January 1999 which considered their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 12 October 1998 as a second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 12 October 1998 as a second motion for reconsideration and denied the same pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
