The appearance of Atty. Ramon B. Cortez, Jr. as counsel for petitioner with request to be furnished with copies of Court processes in this case at Room 304, First of Shaw Bldg., No. 1 Haig Street corner Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City, is NOTED and GRANTED.

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 20 January 1999, which denied the petition for review on certiorari, and for admission of the amended petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reliefs sought. Accordingly, aforesaid amended petition is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
