Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 13, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-2-85-RTC (RE: Request for transfer of venue of Civil Case No. Q-98-34265.)

Acting on the letter-request, dated 19 October 1998, of Mr. Philip Frederick Colina for the transfer of venue of Civil Case No. Q-98-34265, entitled "Angelita Colet-Colina vs. Philip Frederick Colina" from the Regional Trial Court, Branch 87, Quezon City, to " a place more convenient and accessible to the respondent who resides in Las Piñas" for the reason that he cannot afford to spend so much time in traveling and attending the trial of his case where close and active participation is needed, the Court Resolved to DENY the request for lack of merit.
