A.M. No. 99-3-93-RTC (Re: First Indorsement, dated 13 January of Clerk of Court Clemente Boloy.)

Acting on the First Indorsement, dated 13 January 1999, of Clerk of Court VI Clemente Boloy, RTC Office of the Clerk of Court, Para�aque City, seeking clarification on the exemption of thrift banks from the payment of sheriff fees and/or commissions in extrajudicial foreclosure sales, the Court Resolved to DENY thrift banks, as defined in Republic Act No. 7906, exemption from payment of sheriff fees and/or commission in extrajudicial foreclosure sales."
