G.R. No. 119268 (Angel Jardin, et al. vs. National Labor Relation Commission, et al.)

The motion of petitioners for an extension of twenty (20) days from January 4, 1999 and the motion of the Solicitor General for an extension of thirty (30) days from January 7, 1999, both within which to file their respective memoranda are GRANTED. The memoranda of petitioners, of the Solicitor General and of the National Labor Relations Commission and petitioners' compliance with the resolution of November 11, 1998 remitting the deposit for costs and clerk's commission, are NOTED.
