It appearing that the resolution of November 10, 1998, addressed to Atty. Nicanor N. Lonzame, counsel for accused-appellant, Suite 405, 4/F, F & M Lopez Building, cor. Herrera and Legaspi Streets 1229 Makati City was returned unserved with notation "moved out" the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the aforesaid resolution."
