Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 10, 1999.
G.R. No. 122004 (Acamac Loan Corporation/A.C. Aguirre Management Corporation vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)
It appearing that petitioners failed up to this very late date to comply with the resolution of November 11, 1998 which required them to show cause why they should not be disciplinary dealt with or held in contempt for their failure to submit the correct and present address of their counsel, Atty. Jose A. Nu�ez, as required in the resolution of June 1, 19998, and considering that this case still awaits the memorandum of petitioners as required in the resolution of November 10, 1997, the Court RESOLVES: (a) to impose upon petitioners and/or their respective presidents and general managers a FINE of P1,000.00 payable to this Court within ten (10) days from notice or imprisonment of five (5) days if such fine is not paid within the prescribed period; and (b) to require them to COMPLY with the resolution of June 1, 1998 by submitting to this Court the correct and present address f their counsel, Atty. Jorge A. Nu�ez, also within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
