Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 10, 1999.

G.R. No. 122039 (Vicente Calalas vs. Court of Appeals et al.)

It appearing that Atty. Roy Lozano failed up to this very late date to formally enter his appearance as counsel for respondent Francisco C. Salva and to file respondent's comment on the petition for review on certiorari as required in the resolution of October 19, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to require Atty. Lozano to SHOW CAUSE why he should not be disciplinarily dealt with or held in contempt for such failure and to COMPLY with the aforesaid resolution of October 19, 1998, both within ten 910) days from notice hereof.
