G.R. No. 122839 (Pacific Life Assurance Corporation doing business under the name and style of "Pacific Memorial Plan" vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the decision dated November 20, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid decision and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
