It appearing that the resolution of November 10, 1998, addressed to Mauricio Law Office, Suite 402 Verde Oro Bldg., 535 Commonwealth Avenue, 1104 Diliman, Quezon City, was returned unserved with notation "moved," the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the aforesaid resolution.
