G.R. No. 124640 (People of the Philippines vs. Jerry Capco, et al.)

Considering the compliance and motion of Atty. Alfredo Malabaguio submitting the handwritten letter dated November 22, 1998 of accused-appellants Erwin Panes, Charlie Panes and Jerry Capco certifying that they are withdrawing their appeal, the Court RESOLVES to GRANT the motion of the aforenamed accused-appellants for the withdrawal of their appeal and to CONSIDER this case CLOSED and TERMINATED as to them except as to accused-appellant Renato Agpoon.
