G.R. No. 125893 (Combined Blue Dragon Security and Services, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Considering the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 9, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of showing of grave abuse of discretion on the part of the National Labor Relations Commission in rendering its questioned decision as well as the opposition thereto of private respondent, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought
