Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 128345 (Philippine National Construction Corporation vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

The motion of the National Labor Relations Commission for a fourth extension of thirty (30) days from December 2, 1998 within which to file its comment on the petition for certiorari is DENIED, its third motion for extension of time to file comment on the aforesaid petition having been denied in the resolution of December 14, 1998 in view of the denial of its second motion for extension of time to file the said comment on the ground that previous warning of no further extension had been given in the resolution of September 28, 1998, and the petition having been given due course and the case submitted for decision in the resolution of November 11, 1998.
