Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 17, 1999.

G.R. No. 130523 (People of the Philippines vs. Gario Alba.)

The comment of the Public Attorney's Office on the manifestation/explanation of Atty. Antonio O. Ramas-Uypitching, Sr., counsel for appellant, dated September 6, 1998, stating that it is willing to represent appellant who is a pauper litigant and praying for an extension of thirty (30) days from December 11, 1998 within which to file appellant's brief is NOTED and GRANTED. And its motion for a second extension of forty-five (45) days from January 10, 1999 within which to file appellant's brief is GRANTED.
