Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 24, 1999.

G.R. No. 132068 (Heirs of Francisco Redor, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Considering the manifestation and motion of petitioners, dated December 17, 1998, stating that they are no longer filing their reply to respondents' comment on the petition for review on certiorari and praying that they be allowed to adopt their petition for review on certiorari as reply, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the said motion for being unsatisfactory and to require petitioners to COMPLY with the resolution of July 29, 1998 by submitting to this Court their reply to respondents' comment on the petition for review on certiorari within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
