Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 8, 1999.

G.R. No. 132920 (Delfin Soriano, et al. vs. Leonardo Reyes.)

The urgent letter-appeal of petitioners dated January 18, 1999, requesting the application to this case of the resolution in Medina vs. Hon. Ombudsman Desierto, G.R. No. 126404, March 16, 1998, wherein the Court reinstated the dismissed petition and required respondents to comment thereon is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, petitioners' motion for leave to file a motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 3, 1998 denying with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of May 14, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari, and the aforesaid motion for reconsideration which was considered a second motions for reconsideration of the resolution of May 14, 1998 having been both denied in the resolution of October 21, 1998 pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
