Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 133084 (Sonia Go vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the motions of petitioner for first and second extensions of time totalling twenty (20) days within which to file a motion for reconsideration of the resolution of June 29, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari and motion to lift/cancel entry of judgment in this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having adduced to warrant the reliefs sought; besides, entry of judgment has been made on September 3, 1998 and the records remanded on October 28, 1998.
