The motion of petitioner with leave to file therein incorporated second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of October 7, 1998 denying with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of July 20, 1998 which denied her motion for a second extension of time to file the petition and dismissed the aforesaid petition is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
