The Court Resolves to consider as served by substituted service the copies of the resolution of October 7, 1998 separately addressed to respondent Ireneo Bangalan, Supervising Assistant (Records), Provincial Assessor, Region II, 3500 Tuguegarao, Cagayan, and to Engr. Antonio Manguba of Centro 9, Aparri, Cagayan, which were returned to this Court unserved with notations "Deceased" and Addressee Moved with No Forwarding Address," pursuant to Rule 13, Section 8 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. Let this case be declared CLOSED AND TERMINATED.
