Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 134389. (Norkis Lending Investors, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Considering the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of September 9, 1998 which dismissed and petition for certiorari for being insufficient in form since the verification of the petition was defective under Section 4, Rule 7 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, with motion for leave to admit the amended petition as well as the opposition thereto of private respondent dated October 28, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Accordingly, the aforesaid amended petition is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
